Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations and missed appointments make it difficult to offer that time to other clients, and due to the nature of a private home clinic, appointments cancelled at short notice are often unable to be filled.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments, may incur a 50% cancellation fee, payable at your next visit.

​

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments will require a 50% deposit to secure future bookings.

I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected situations can occur, and these will always be considered with care and understanding.
